Made from naturally fermented bitter/sweet cider apples crushed and pressed. The mash and apple juice are then fermented with no added sugars or sweeteners whatsoever!
The apple cider is then reduced down to 4.5% Alc./Vol (from approx 9% Alc./Vol) using pressed apple juice and a natural well water of high quality low sodium/high mineral content.
